Our Process

A Professional Process from Scope to Completion

AGMAR’s process is designed to create clarity before work starts and maintain coordination throughout delivery.

Six Steps

A Clear Route from Brief to Completion

01

Consultation

Every project begins with a conversation. We take time to understand the property, the required scope and the result you want to achieve. Whether you are a homeowner planning a renovation, a developer coordinating an interior fit-out or a main contractor seeking specialist joinery support, the consultation establishes the foundation for everything that follows.

02

Drawings & Scope Review

We review the available information, including project drawings where provided, and establish the joinery, refurbishment or fit-out requirements. This stage ensures we fully understand the technical scope, site conditions, access requirements and any coordination needed with other trades or the wider construction programme.

03

Estimate & Procurement

AGMAR can price work from drawings and coordinate procurement for the agreed supply-and-fit scope.

04

Planning & RAMS

Before installation begins, the work is organised around site requirements, sequencing, access, materials and the wider construction or refurbishment programme. Where required, RAMS documentation is prepared to support safe working practices and compliance with site-specific protocols.

05

Delivery & Installation

Our team carries out the agreed works with close attention to detail, finish quality, coordination and safe site practice. Whether AGMAR is leading the work as main contractor or supporting a wider programme as subcontractor, the objective remains the same: deliver a finish that meets the standard expected.

06

Review & Handover

Completed work is checked and reviewed against the agreed scope before handover. This final stage ensures the finished result meets the agreed scope and quality standard.
